Using a water pik

I've had the best luck using a water pik to blast out the tonsil stones. Digging them out with my finger was making me gag. You gotta be careful not to use a setting that is too high. Those water piks can cut you gums. I would start on a low to medium setting and gradually go higher until successfully blowing out the tonsil stone. Good luck!

I read and article on another website regarding the use of a water pik. I followed their advice and bought one online for about $30.00. It has worked well for me.
